I’m Heidi, and I bring a different—but equally important—set of skills to our wellness center. With a background in financial management and tax preparation, I’ve always been drawn to structure, numbers, and making things run smoothly. But I also have a strong interest in wellness, which led me to explore acupuncture and join Trinket on this amazing journey. 

Together, we balance each other out beautifully—she leads with hands-on healing and heart, while I help keep everything aligned behind the scenes. I’m proud to be part of something that truly serves our community, especially our aging population. My goal is to make sure Urban Wellness Center thrives so we can continue to offer services that make a difference in people’s lives.
