Hi, I’m Trinket, and I’ve spent over 30 years in the spa and wellness industry—it's not just my profession, it's my passion. I’ve worked as a massage therapist, spa educator, and manager, and my journey eventually led me to expand into acupuncture, integrative nutrition, and Ayurveda. 

After listening to the needs of my clients for years, I realized there was a gap in the community—people were craving a space that offered holistic care under one roof. That’s what inspired me to create Urban Wellness Center. This isn’t just a business to me—it’s a place where healing, connection, and personalized wellness come together.
